These Terms & Conditions outline the general rules governing the use of the Infiown Creatives website and the engagement of our brand, digital, marketing, and operational services.

1. Introduction and Scope of Services

By accessing infiown.com or engaging Infiown Creatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Infiown Creatives provides services across six pillars: Brand Strategy & Identity, Social Media Management, Content & Creative Studio, Digital Solutions (in association with our sister concern, ZedQ Solutions LLP), Managed Teams & Operations, and Performance Marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed separately in individual client proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities and Approvals

Timely project delivery depends on clear communication and prompt provision of required business information, approvals, and feedback from the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any text, logos, photographs, or materials supplied to Infiown Creatives for use in a project do not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.

3. Fees, Third-Party Costs, and Cancellations

Project fees, advance deposits, and monthly retainer schedules are specified in each proposal. All third-party platform charges—including advertising spend on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or LinkedIn, as well as domain registrations and hosting plans—are payable by the client. Project cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, the client receives usage rights to the approved final deliverables as specified in the project proposal. Infiown Creatives retains ownership of preliminary concepts, internal working templates, and studio methodologies.

5. Third-Party Platforms, Liability, and Governing Law

Where services rely on third-party platforms (such as search engines, social networks, ad platforms, or web hosts), Infiown Creatives is not liable for platform outages, algorithm changes, or policy modifications made by those providers, nor do we guarantee fixed revenue, lead volumes, or search rankings. Any disputes or claims arising in connection with our website or services shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with Indian Law [Specific court jurisdiction in Kerala: Requires Confirmation].
