• If services have already begun, the cost incurred, including work hours, will be deducted from the total project cost.
• The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining balance after deducting the incurred costs.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING

For services involving social media advertising, please note that the minimum amount required for ad spend on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc., is determined by the respective platform companies. We don’t have control over these minimum spending requirements set by the platforms. And any amount incurred so are payable.

Even though If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services or have encountered issues, please reach out to our customer support team promptly. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution or potential refund, if applicable.
